Lec Retro Fridge With Ice Box

Buyers should be aware that this fridge is a rebadged Belling RF269 as eventually confirmed by Lec''s customer helpline. We had problems with our Belling door seal not sealing very well and a constantly dripping icebox causing puddles on the top shelf. We had a new door which helped but eventually I had to pack rubber washers under the door seal corners improve contact with the metal surround. I leave it to you to wonder why it was rebadged! Unless Lec who are in the same manufacturing group as Belling have made quality control improvements these problems are likely to reoccur. I have not bought the Lec.
