what can i say rather pathetic

i have had 2 of these particular tvs in 1 month now the second 1 has a dead pixel and they say its not a fault its so dreadful plz anyine be aware of buying a plasma this happens t oplasmas so beware this makw and manufacturer do not want to know do not use them if possible
