Overall the Krups CitiZ XN7006 is a good machine and the coffee capsules are good products which (so far, I have only had the machine for a month) have provided a consistent quality. The machine looks good, produces coffee very quickly (even from start up), is very easy to use and the instruction manual is one of the better ones (yes I actually read it). To date my only complaints are with the design of the machines water tank lid and the used capsule container - drip tray assembly. I have discovered the shape of the water tank and its lid and the absence of a lid handle means the lid can readily fall into the water tank. Not a huge problem but a pain if the tank has just been filled (especially if you have water quality issues and use bottled water). As for the used capsule container - drip tray assembly. I think the manner in which they are connected/stacked (the capsule container simply sits on top of drip tray) means the capsule container will eventually fall when the capsule - drip tray assembly is being removed or replaced. I suspect a fall from an expected handling height to the floor will likely damage the capsule container. These points aside, as stated I am happy with the Coffee machines look, build quality and ease of use. I would recommend it.
