this speaker is crystal clear and has a subwoofer like behavior. i run about 200 watts to mine and they just beg for more on my jl audio e4300 amp. i have these in my 99 prelude with the txc6.1 mtx component speakers, which are also the best speakers mtx makes. neways, the vrs are definately worth it, especially if you like it loud and crystal clear.definately an a+. i had infinity 6x9s before and they had to go.im the pickiest person you will ever fin when it comes to clarity.i listen to rock and i demand a lot of midbass with no distortion.

not for you rappers, youll need a three way 6x9, this speaker is for people who like to rock out
