Indesit BAN134NF Fridge Freezer

I purchased this Fridge Freezer through Currys in Feb 06. It has been replaced twice, with the first model requiring an engineer call out on three occasions. The model has problems with the refrigeration, causing blocks of ice to form, stopping the air from flowing and resulting in overheating. Indesit customer service is appauling - very rude and unhelpful. The second model they delivered was damaged and I was 'forced' to take delivery or wait for 4 weeks for another replacement - I was offered a £40 discount due to the damage, but they had the cheek to ask for this back before they would give me a complete refund when the second one stopped working - KEEP AWAY!!!!!

BE WARNED IF WHOEVER YOU PURCHASED FROM HAS THE 12 MONTH GUARANTEE WITH INDESIT YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS IN THE 12 MONTH PERIOD.YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT 30DAYS AS STATED BY THERE CALL CENTRE STAFF BE WARNED ICELAND DO NOT WANT TO KNOW EITHER AS I PURCHASED FROM THEM
