Hoover HNV375 Dryer

This looked like a great machine for the money. My last one was a bosch which is still going strong after 3.5 years it had a sensor and it worke dvery well So when I needed an extra machine I lokked for a similar model but it turned out that bosch didnt make a vented dryer with a sensor any more so when I saw the hoover hnv 375 I thought great it has the features I want and its half the price of a bosc. I Bought the machine and with in a few weeks it was playing up. Not drying properly and coming on for short bursts at random intervals. I called the service department and after one cancelled vist (with out notifying me that they had decided to cancel the visit, half a day wasted for me) they sent round a guy who took the lid off and had a look inside put it back and told me I was using it wrong! He then said he didnt believe me when I described what it was doing. So I asked him to leave. That was this morning. I hope Hoover do actually employ some competent engineers. We shall see.
