Hoover HNL7146 Washing Machine

Had the washing machine in Feb 07. Everything ok until October when the softner was being left in the drawer. Engineer called and unbocked the draw. November was the same fault. Another engineer came and said the drawer needed modification ??. Then ok until Jan. When the washer was finished the clothes were covered in white powder marks. Engineer again came out and said drawer was blocked ??. He modified the modification a bit more but said i would always have the problem. I complained to Hoover with new joy, Then after speaking to trading standards who gave me a short speech to say to the manager at hoover i have now replaced the washing machine

I've always been happy with Hoover washing machines and this one is no exception. Although only using it for a few weeks I find the performance, quietness and fast spin a pleasure with very few things to be critical about. The price in Currys sale (£189) was unbelievable. Although not being too sure about being cold fill only it has dispelled any doubts I've had and proved excellent.
