Hinari JS501SS Cordless Electric Kettle

We bought this kettle because we really liked the design and it was also on offer at a local supermarket for £19 and came with a Hinari toaster. It gave excellent service for just over a year and lo and behold once the warranty ran out it sprung a leak from the water level window and the scale filter started falling into the kettle while it was in use. We might still be using it today but for the fact I cannot find a service outlet for the part that needs replacing, thus were forced into purchasing another manufacturers product. Sorry Hinari but this might have been a great product but for the sake of a couple of bits of plastic and we''re now reluctant to purchase another one of your products.
