Goodmans GTV42P Plasma Tv 110CM

I brought this TV as I had decorated my lounge and wanted a plasma Tv on the wall. I looked around and what appeared to be the best value for money was the Goodmans GTV42P. Priced at £1000. I would have to say that the spec is very good but the picture quality is not as good as others in this range.I have had the set for two years now and it has been used virtually every day all day and has finally died. Yes its dead. The cost of repair is estimated at over two hundred pounds and therfore I have opted for a new set.I am disapointed at the life span so if considering this set I would advise an extended warranty as you will no doubt need it. In hindsight the set was probally overpriced and it goes to show you get what you pay for.O yes and be prepared for the green screen.
