Lettering started to fade on A, C and N keys almost within first vew days. Supplier advised to contact Fujitsu Siemens and they said not covered under warranty. I never expected such very poor service from a company who (I thought) prided themselves on quality products. The rest of the laptop is okay but, under the circumstances, I won''t be buying any more FS equipment for my company in the future!! Make sure you see any FS products before you buy - and check paint isn''t coming off keys!! GB
