Fuji F20 6.3 Mega Pixel Ultra Compact

For the novice photograper this is a great compact camera that will not let you down or cause much confusion. The start up of this this little gem is very quick from pressing the power button to taking the first shot is no more that 1 second! I trawlled the internet and forums to find a camera/brand that was great in low light conditions as weel as the bright outdoors, and rating after rating Fuji appear to be one of the best, and let me tell you, for such a small camera the shots taken at night or in the house with poor outdoor light the results are fantastic. The auto mode is great for all round use as this decides what shutter speed to apply and if flash is required. As you progress (and ver quickly with this camera) you will be able to use the scene modes to enchance your phot''s even further. My favourite is the natural + flash mode which takes 2 pictures (one with flash and one without) this is done very quickly and allows you to review the shots to ensure that you haven''t missed the important detail within the picture. This camera is great for those with a young child like myself as they are very reluctant to sit still for a photo, the fast shooting mode ensurs that you do not miss that all important shot! Although you are buying this as a camera the movie recording is surprisingly very good, I have a high spec digital camcorder an because the Fuji F20 records at 30 frames per second this is a great bakc up when you don''t want to carry your digital camcorder (although the fuji doesn''t allow you zoom when recording in movie mode).
