I HAVE TO SAY I'AM MORE THAN DISAPOINTED WITH THE BUILD QUALITY OF THIS PRODUCT THE STAINLESS STEEL IS VERY GRAINY AND THE FINSHING ON THE EDGES LEAVES ALOT TO BE DESIRED. I HAVE COMPAINED TO ELICA BUT ITS LIKE TALKING TO A BRICK WALL. THIS TYPE OF SHODY MANUFACTURING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE WELL AVOIDED.

THIS COOKER IS VERY HARD TO KEEP CLEAN I HAVE RANG ELICA AND ASKED THEM FOR ADVICE. THEY SENT ME OUT A CAN OF CLEANER (COST £10). BUT ITS STILL I NIGHTMARE TO CLEAN. THE BUILD QUALITY COMPARED WITH OTHER COOKER HOODS I HAVE HAD IS VERY POOR.
