Electrolux EKT6045X Range Cooker Stainless Steel

The answer to this is that according to Electrolux when using the oven on this model it would be acceptable that 200 degrees could be anything from 180 - 220 degrees; this is the tolerance that is acceptable to them ( did not tell me on the advertising brochure) and my oven is said to be alright even though suddenly after 40 years of marriage we can no longer cook anything in an oven to satisfaction! Delivered in November 2006 after numerous telephone calls, e-mails, letters and engineers visits this is still not resolved; Trading Standards are now involved and hopefully there may be a resolution in the very near future - I certainly hope so if only to enjoy a decent Yorkshire Pudding again.
