Electrolux EKT6045X Double Oven Stainless Steel

I purchased this cooker as an early Christmas present to ourselves in November 2006, suffered increadibly poor results in the ovens; reported it to Electrolux, in December an engineer called and tested it and said that the temperatures came within the 10% tolerance allowed by Electrolux so would not rectify the low temperature of the ovens. After being told that additional callouts would attract a charge we carried on and continued until now in March and again aproached Electrolux - they in turn told me that if the temperature was set at 200 degrees it is acceptable at anywhere between 180 and 220 degrees to them. Also when the indicator shows that temperature is reached on the oven infact it only reaches the ''acceptable range'' 12 minutes after the audible alarm has sounded - when cooking would normally be expected to begin. The matter has been referred to Trading Standards - for 'would be buyers' ignore the boast 'Cooking is kept uncomplicated' in the Electrolux EKT6045X brochure
