Without doubt the worst kettle we have ever own.We have had 3,and the first 2 were returned with leaks within the first week.The 3rd lasted 16 months with intermittent leaks and finally became unusable through a leak at the base[the same as the previous 2] I returned this to the makers depot with a letter of complaint to which I have yet to receive a reply.This will most certainly be the last ever item we purchase with the Breville logo on
