Breville DF8 Coolwall Deep Fryer

A week following buying this product, the glass in the lid cracked across the middle. I have tried and tried to get a contact where a replacement glass can be obtained. No Luck. Without any abrasive cleaning, just a light wipe, all the transfers have faded and disappeared. The crome on the lid release is back to the bare metal. All this after only a month. Conclusion. Not a good buy.
