DO NOT buy this machine!
mine has gone wrong on several occasions in the two years that I have had it & I have given up contacting Baumatic to deal with its problems as they are the rudest most unhelpful company that I have ever dealt with in my life!!
It is loud, takes a very long time to complete a wash cycle & has some features that I have never figured out how to use.
The only good thing about this machine is the way that it looks but dont be fooled...its rubbish as are their fridges!

This is an awful machine. It''s loud, it vibrates and it breaks down. I had to have mine replaced after 6 months and it''s now on the blink again. Customer service is also very poor. Don''t buy this machine.

Do not buy this machine. It has very limited programmes and the wash cycle is long. Baumatic are awful to deal with. Their engineers (called out twice in less than 2 years) never have parts, so you are faced with in my case several weeks without a machine. I repeat do not buy this machine or from this company.
