We bought this cleaner in November 2007 and were unimpressed right from the start. It is extremely noisy (my husband has resorted to ear defenders!) and it has to be emptied every 10 to 15 minutes or the (already poor) suction deteriorates significantly. Emptying it is a dirty, tricky business too. Our 18 year old AEG vacuum cleaner is a much better and quieter performer but unfortunately the hose and attachments have now cracked. Do not even consider buying this Bosch cleaner.
