At just over one year old my Alba TRDAB2820 digital radio decided to take up smoking. I don''t recommend this item to anyone who doesn''t like their radios to burst into flames!

On the set I have, I get a low background buzz on the digital tuner which sort of defeats the purpose of
interference free digital reception. If you want to enjoy your digital experience on headphones or at a
low volume (so that the background hum isn't drowned out) then forget it.
Apart from that, build quality and functions are pretty good for this low budget model.
