I have bought my advent t9106 computer and within 14 months the monitor went wrong 24 months the system32\hal.dll weht missing i am now unable to reinstall the system at all microsoft regenarated a new product key that never worked can you help

I bought this PC 6 months ago from PC world and it no longer starts up. I am currently waiting for a new hard drive and have been waiting 3 weeks already. It has been very noisy since I bought and does not recover from sleep mode by using the keyboard or mouse. Ctrl Alt Delete has never worked when trying to recover the machine from a crash. It is an unreliable PC. This may just be a one of but I wouldn''t buy one again!

Just bought this from PC World. Really pleased with it. Got a special offer HP 19" TFT screen to go with it.

Fast, quiet when booted up.Huge 250GB HDD. Pretty good graphics card.
