Toshiba 37WLT66 37 in Review
Babita Wakelin
They’ve been hard at it and produced the WLT66 range, which in our opinion is a fine television. The 37WLT66 is a 37 inch box will have gadgeteers rubbing their hands with glee. High definition is the key word here. The Toshiba provides a fine picture serving up a platter of natural colours and rich blacks. The detail picked up is enough to get your mouth watering, and the thought of viewing HD programmes is too much to cope with. If that’s not your thing, don’t worry, you can play with the Freeview digital tuner Toshiba has thrown in to the mix, giving you lots of channels to surf through. For the price, this is a fantastic television, and won’t get the bank managers heart pulsating before the World Cup.Toshiba’s army of warriors might be sharpening their motherboards for the format war with Sony’s Blu-ray, but that hasn’t meant slacking off on the TV front.
It’s equipped with not one, but two HDMI port which means you can plug in that DVD or your PS3 and even add your Xbox 360 into the component video input.
