Its no surprise that Amazon isn’t too pleased with Apple at the moment after the launch of the iPad and the iBooks store, both of the new Apple products compete directly with Amazons own products, namely the Amazon Kindle eBook reader and Amazons own digital book store.

It looks like Sony have created their own version of Microsofts Origami which they are unveiling tomorrow.The hand-held, totally portable PC will be unveiled in the moring.At the moment everything is a bit hush hush. Go on to the Sony website and you get a few glimpses of what might be in store for consumers. But seems that what we'll get is an ultra-mobile PC that comes with a full QWERTY keyboard, built-in camera, Wi-Fi and a Blu-ray disc drive.

Apple® today unveiled a new 1GB iPod® nano for just £109 (inc. VAT), offering the same features as the 2GB and 4GB iPod nano models and holding up to 240 songs or 15,000 photos. The new 1GB iPod nano’s ultra-portable design is thinner than a #2 pencil and features Apple’s patent pending Click Wheel and the same gorgeous colour screen as the other iPod nano models. In addition, Apple announced that the iPod shuffle is now more affordable than ever with the 512MB and 1GB models priced at £49 and £69 (inc. VAT) respectively.

Music mad drivers will soon have a simple way to transfer their music from PC to car in three easy steps. The new GIGA Panel in-car sound system has a removable front panel supplied with USB port, which connects directly to the PC. Users simply remove the panel, connect it to the PC, choose the music data they want, drag and drop it onto the Giga Panel then reattach in-car and enjoy the sounds.
