iPad Pre-orders from May 10th - UK

The Apple iPad is available to pre-order from Monday 10th May 2010 for UK consumers. The highly sought after iPad has been available in the US since 3rd April and has already sold more than a million units in that short time.

The UK has had to wait, very patiently, for the iPad, but the wait is almost over. The release date is set to be at the end of May, so once you have pre-ordered yours it will only be a matter of a few weeks before you get your hands on it.

Many UK consumers have been disappointed with such a long wait, since the US had their launch much sooner. Some saying that Apple US are looking after their own first, with the rest of us having to wait in line. However, such negativity is sure to be banished when it is launched in the UK and consumers use the device first hand.

There are numerous websites which are offering many accessories to pimp up your iPad, which you can stock up on now. It might make the wait less painful?
