Washing Machine For Dogs

Imagine puting your dog in the washing machine for a quick clean up, well imagine no more because some bright spark in Japan has created a Washing Machine specially designed for cats and dogs. The machines, which have been installed in pet shops across Tokyo, are proving very popular especially since the recession kicked in.

The machine washes and blow dries dogs and cats for the very reasonable price of £3.50.

Naka Honda said one owners of the pet shops that has had the washine machines installed said "he did not think the machine was cruel - but admitted it had taken his Yorkshire Terrier, Benji, a while to get used to it". The wash and dry takes 33 minutes and claims to use pure 'ozone' water and is entirely safe.

I don't think they have any plans to expand the Dog Washing Machine beyond Japan at the minute but i'll keep you posted.
