The large 2.4” QVGA LCD screen displays videos superbly and the lightweight and slender body allows this unique device to be transported anywhere with you with dimensions of 94x50x9mm and a weight of 58g. The high quality EX headphones that are supplied pump out amazing clear sound powered by Sony’s revolutionary Digital Sound Enhancement Engine, Clear Bass and Clear Stereo. The sound that is provided with the A820 range is absolutely outstanding and by far the best we have heard in a long time. Many MP3 players have some great features, but when it comes to sound this range blows many others away with amazing bass and clarity. Video playback is supported by MPEG4 and AVC (H.264/AVC) and the extra long battery life provides approximately 36 hours of music (128kbps) or 15 hours if Bluetooth is on and 10 hours of video playback (384kbps) or 7 hours if Bluetooth is on. This simple yet classy little number really does give the Apple iPod Touch a run for its money and we think that all of the Apple iPods, more in particular the iPod Nano, have a major competition on their hands.
