The Sony HDR-TG3E - It's tiny! | The tiny dimensions of the Sony HDR-TG3E allow for easy portability and this camcorder will fit into your pocket or hand bag for a night out without it weighing you down or getting in the way. A perfect companion for a special occasion or event and will ensure you don’t miss making a permanent capture of those ever so special memories.
The Sony TG3E - Slighly Bigger than a mobile phone It’s hard to believe that something so small, just slightly bigger than a mobile phone, holds so much excellent technology and the ability to record 1920x1080 Full HD footage. The easy to use touch screen 2.7” Clear Photo LCD flips out with all of the most common functions located next to the screen in easy reach. Your precious memories will be recorded onto a Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo of which a 16MB will hold up to 5hrs 55mins of Full HD footage. Still images can also be taken at very high quality as a 4MP image can be taken in still mode or a 2.3MP image can be captured whist recording. Bravia Sync has been included which make it perfect for hooking up to your HDTV to view your footage and control the camcorder and TV with a single remote. The Sony HDR-TG3E will be available from May 2008 and pricing will be available soon.

Tiny, but who's going to buy it when it uses expensive proprietary Memory Sticks. When are they going to learn to use SD cards like everyone else. Yet if you can get nearly 6Hrs of HD video on a ""16MB"" card then no wonder they are so expensive :-)
replyTamsin 29th June That 16Mb is a typo, on sonys website its quoted as 16Gb (Waiting for approval) |
