The all metal, brushed silver, solid body is supplied with a high quality 2.5, 230,000 pixel LCD screen to ensure every tiny detail is displayed with exceptional clarity, colour reproduction and contrast. With 8.1 mega pixels, a Super HAD CCD sensor and a special high sensitivity mode of ISO 1250, you are ensured that great, blur-free and vibrant, sharp images are all you will achieve, with no disappointing results to be seen. We are particularly impressed with the user-friendly features that the Sony S800 boasts, especially the Function Guide which provides advice on how to create the perfect shot and how to improve on shots that have already been taken. To add to the simplicity, a one touch Direct Playback button has been included to make checking on your taken images an absolute doddle. The usual multiple storage media is available for the Sony Cybershot S800 in the form of a Sony Memory Stick Duo PRO and Sony Memory Stick Duo, however there is 54MB of memory on-board so ample images can be stored without the worry of purchasing extra storage. A NiMH AA battery pack is also included which will allow you to take approx. 390 images from a single charge. The S800 weighs a mere 185g.
