Sky Drops Prices of its HDTV Boxes

Sky knock down the price of its HD box to £150.

Sky have decided to drop the price of the Sky HD to £150 which is the same price as a standard Sky Plus box. The price change will take effect form the 1st of July.The price drop comes hot on the heels of Sky's latest advertising campaign and the launch of Freesat, which some say is the main reason behind Sky's new aggressive pricing policy.

Sky have not reduced any of their package prices and its still a extra £10 to receive HD channels even though you have forked out for there HD box.
