B20 Series - Exceptional image quality, exceptional design. The new HD-ready 1080p B20 AQUOS series demonstrate cutting edge LCD technology and offer the finest high definition picture quality. With a new all black frame, as eye catching as the picture itself, the B20 series is the ultimate in uber-chic design. In addition to the sophisticated design, the B20 series has been developed in harmony with Sharp’s space saving design ethos to offer this amazing slim-line (94.6mm at thinnest part) range of models. This, combined with the panel quality of the Sharp LCD, means that the B20 series provides stunning visuals in both picture quality and appearance. As explained by Tommaso Monetto, LCD Product Manager; “At Sharp, over the past five years, we have recognised the demand for larger, slim line LCD TVs for the home – so all our new ranges have been designed with this in mind. We want our TVs to pack all the technological punch people have come to expect from Sharp, whilst offering a jaw-dropping appearance.” The technology behind the B20 is impressive - with a response time of 6m/s and a dynamic contrast ratio of 10,000:1, the images are reproduced with clarity, regardless of what is being watched on the TV. The built-in Freeview tuner ensures excellent reception of digital TV coverage and renders the set-top box redundant. Furthermore, three HDMI inputs ensure that, as the B20 range is at the forefront of 21st Century viewing technology, it will still work seamlessly with other hi-tech devices such as Blu-ray players and games consoles. With SRS TruSound and XT Sound also included to complete the cinematic experience and, with an energy saving recommendation to add to its credentials, this is the must have LCD range for this summer, and beyond. X8 series – Big, beautiful and extremely well built For those looking to go even larger this summer, the new LC-46X8E incorporates all the technology of the B20 range but, with an increasing trend towards larger TVs within the home, has been fitted with a smaller footprint stand to save space and ease installation. Sophisticated in its design, the new X8 series is fitted with titanium inserts and a speaker. Perfect for those wanting more bang for their buck, this staggering TV offers picture quality that will blow even the most avid viewer away.
