Samsung 3D LED TV

Samsung has put a huge emphasis on LED and 3D Blu-ray.  While you may hear these same things from other companies, hearing it firsthand from Samsung at CES, was uniquely different.  With the uncovering of the beautifully designed LED-illuminated LCD  TVs the crowds and critiques were wowed.  Samsung has decided to push even harder in 2010 with 8 series of LED backlit LCD offerings and 32 additional models to chose from.

Samsung's thinnest LED LCD TV model series is the UNXXC9000.  Samsung explained that it's, "the first onboard TV display touchscreen remote control." This model comes in 55-inch and 46-inch screen sizes and are both 3D-ready.  An auto-conversion system will allow 3D and 2D images delivered in 3D.  With LED backlighting, the screen is able to have a 0.28 screen depth.  Speakers compared the thickness of the set to the width of a pencil.  With a detachable pedestal that can double as a wall mount, Samsung was able to hide the circuit boards and tuner, keeping this model super slender.  Listen carefully to the next part. . . there will also be a 3-inch touchscreen remote!  It includes Wi-Fi, infared technology, a range of A/V components, and will be able to display broadcast content.
