Pentax Optio I-10, H90 & E90 Digital Cameras Launched

The first of the trio is the Optio I-10 which has very cool, retro design. It has a 5x zoom lens, 12.1 MP CCD with mechanical sensor-shift image stabilisation and movie recording at 1280x720 and 30fps with in-camera editing and tilting function. It also has an automatic D-Range enhancer, Digital Wide feature (like panoramic stitching), and an optional wireless remote control. The Pentax Optio I-10 will be priced at only £199 and is available in Feb.

The second digital camera is the Optio H90. This model has more of a modern design, but it hasn't quite escaped the retro feel with its style. It has a 10MP sensor, a 2.7" screen, auto scene selection, digital filters and digital panorama stitching (as on the I-10). Movie shooting is also available at 640x480 and 30fps. The H90 also has improved face detection which can detect up to 32 faces, including cats and dogs! It also includes Smile capture and Blink Detection, wonder if this is for the cats and dog too?? The Pentax Optio H90 is priced at £129.99 and out now.

And lastly, is the Optio E90 which is the budget model of the range. It has 10MP, 2.7" screen, auto features, video capture and is priced at only £79.99. Available now in black or burgundy.
