Panasonic 3D Blu-ray Player - DMP-BT300
The Panasonic DMP-BT300 3D Blu-ray player will be available from May 2010 and will offer Full HD 3D 1080p playback capabilities and arrives at the same time as the two new Panasonic plasma TVs, that we reported on. The DMP-BT300 also has a DVD upscale feature, USB, DLNA support and an SD card slot.
Panasonic do not include the necessary 3D glasses that cost £100 per pair, which you will need to view the 'frame-sequential method'. This displays images in alteration with your eyes, so that your left and right eye format the image separately creating the 3D image.
A 3DTV is also a necessity and Panasonic's new plasma models, TX-P50VT20E & TX-P65VT20E will display 3D images perfectly.
