High Street computer chain, PC World design a carbon offset ‘Green Machine’ in an attempt to undo damage to the planet.

a green machine that is running microsoft vista? thats a joke, right?
just last month greenpeace issued a warning, microsoft vista is going to trigger a deluge of electronic waste.

green hardware is surely a good thing, but then please use an operating system that doesnt need such ridiculously much horsepower. any other operating system, for that matter.
