Nvidia 3DTV Play Software Announced

It's about time all this 3D technology reached the gaming community, Nvidia have just announced their new 3DTV Play software for a very reasonable $39.99 (around £25-£30). The software gives you the ability to play 3D games in the living room on your 3D TV, instead of your 3D Vision-ready desktop or laptop computer's screen. 

In order to do this you need to run the software on your 3D Vision-ready computer and connect it to your 3DTV via HMDI cable. Once this is done you can play the games directly on the TV. Not only does it support computer games but also 3D Blu-ray movies, 3D photos and on top of all that it can serve content from video-on-demand programs such as Next3D™.

For those of you that have already purchased the Nvidia 3D Vision Glasses kit, you can get the software free of charge via a software update, isn't that nice! And not to let new customers feel left out Nvidia will also include the 3D Play software in all future purchases of the glasses kit, happy days!
