Mobile entertainment manufacturer Mustek has announced the launch of two new portable TV/DVD players with the ability to receive digital TV programmes via an integrated DVB-T receiver. The new MP70D and MP80D allow users to watch digital and analogue TV, video, listen to music, and browse photos. Both players feature the same design, but the more advanced MP80D has a 8-inch TFT widescreen compared to the MP70D’s 7-inch screen. With multi-format compatibility, they both support DVD/CD, DivX, MP3, Kodak Picture CD and JPEG, and with an anti-shock protection feature, playback is guaranteed to be smooth without jumping. The MP80D features an integrated USB port and MMC/SD card slot. Perfect for the car, the MP70D and MP80D both come with car mountable carry-bags and a credit card infrared remote control, for flicking through up to 1,000 programmes that can be stored and individually sorted. The rechargeable battery can be charged via the 12 volt car adapter. Both models are available in the shops now, retailing at £179.99 for the Mustek MP70D, and £199.99 for the MP80D. By Lisa Malyon
