Modern Warfare 2 Resurgence Map Pack - Available Today on Xbox 360

The Modern Warfare Resurgence Map Pack is landing on Xbox 360 consoles across the world as of today. The pack will include 3 new maps and 2 remastered ones. The new maps will be: Fuel, Trailer Park and Carnival, whereas the remastered maps will be: Strike and Vacant, as seen in the original Call of Duty: Mordern Warfare game.

The news hit the web thanks to a Twitter post from Microsoft's Larry Hryb, and here is said Tweet to prove it: "The #MW2 Resurgence Package will be available later today. No exact time being given but I'll let you know when it's available for everyone". Well there you have it, straight from the horses mouth (do horses tweet?), so if you're looking to download it later on you're going to need 1200 Microsoft points to do so, or £10.20 in real world money.

At the moment the maps are only available on the Xbox 360, but it won't be long until we see them released on the PS3 and PC, or there will be hell to pay we're sure!
