Mitsubishi has announced the WD2000, a HD projector ideal for the new wide screen formats being used in computer and video applications.
Boasting 3000 ANSI lumens of brightness, a 2000:1 contrast ratio and with a native WXGA (1280 x 768) resolution, the WD2000 is HD ready and uses the latest DLP technology.
It comes with the Mitsubishis Colour Enhancer for customised colour reproduction as well as its Texas Instruments BrilliantColour technology for brighter, more realistic colours.
The WD2000 is expected to retail at around £2,800.
