Microsoft will phase out entourage in the Microsoft Office for Mac software package. The new releases will now be replaced with Microsoft Outlook, a familiar name for PC users. The Mac version of Outlook has been built from scratch using Cocoa providing users with improved integration with the Mac OS, it also includes a high-speed file-based database with support for backing up files with Time Machine and Spotlight searches and Information Rights Management helps prevent sensitive information from being distributed to or read by people who have not got permission to access content.
