The LG Scarlet LCD TV is here and with it comes a whole range of exciting features and extravagant designs. With super slim dimensions and welcome originality, the LG Scarlet is without a doubt, going to be a popular choice. The LG Scarlet is an absolute must if you are keen on originality, style, performance and superb sound and seriously slim-line models. The stunning design consists of invisible speakers built in to the frame to ensure that its looks are not compromised and presents an amazing sound to all that sit before it. Clear Voice technology also enhances the sound of the dialogue over the background noise when it increases. The rear of the TV is a gorgeous bright red colour (or Scarlet, we should say) so when the TV is tilted this will show and can also be slightly seen from the side. The slick touch power button also glows in the scarlet shade.

This lady in red is a showstopper | The LG Scarlet is home to advanced HD Ready 1080p TruMotion technology which eliminates motion blur even during fast action movie scenes or sports scenes. Colours and black levels are kept at their absolute best too, with a dynamic contrast ratio of more than 15,000:1 and 24p True Cinema displays the image at the correct amount of frames per second, so no quality is lost. Tuning in the LG Scarlet has been upgraded and allows users to either select the preset auto tuner function or manually tune the set themselves to the preference. With HD images as they are nowadays, this function could be useful enhance or decrease the clarity as you would prefer it or to match the image source that it originates. An Intelligent Sensor on board provides the ultimate image brightness to suit the light in the room in which the TV is being viewed. This analysis of light is automatically detected and altered accordingly. The connectivity provides many opportunities with 4 HDMI ouputs, USB 2.0, component, D-Sub and SCART.
The LG Scarlet range will be available in sizes 32 LG 32LG6000, 37 LG 37LG6000, 42, 47, 52 inches and will be in the shops from May 2008.
