In the US there have been 200,000 HTC Evo 4G handsets sold, taking the stock levels to a big fat zero. This is very bad news for all those that wanted to get there hands on one, but great for those who have managed it. It's also great news in one respect for Sprint who had enjoyed major success with sales.
However, with the release of the iPhone 4 coming on June 24th, and stocks unavailable for the HTC Evo 4G, consumers could quite easily be swayed for the new Apple handset instead. A 'sprint' to get more stock out soon is a must!
The Android 2.1 operated HTC Evo handset is one hell of phone and one of the smartest on the market with a 4.2inch screen, dual cameras, mobile hotspot for up to 8 devices, HTC Sense, HD media centre with HDMI output, and loads more. This is a major competitor for the new iPhone 4, just please hurry with the stocks.
