Gran Turismo 5 Delayed

The game has so far cost more than a reported £37million to develop and was supposed to be going on sale in March 2010, but Sony say that the game will be delayed, and even failed to announce a revised launch date.

Gran Turismo has built a fan base all over the world, in particular in the USA and Japan and has sold 53 million copies since it was originally launched in 1997. The GT5 Academy Time Trial demo for the Playstation 3 was released back in December and teased GT5 fans with its outstanding images, so it will come as a major disappointment to fans all over the world. Sony needs to raise the bar with a release date and gaming quality to keep up with the likes of Xbox's exclusive Forza 3.
