Brandishing a new series of personal navigation devices (PND), Garmin have stolen the sat nav show , with the Nuvi 670, Nuvi 370, and the Zumo 400 on display. | Getting all the attention at the show is the most exciting of the new series, highly specified and stylish Nuvi 670. Preloaded with heaps of maps, including a few European ones to enhance the summer holiday experience, this portable GPS navigator will be an ideal travel companion. The all-in-one on-board digital entertainment system has an integrated FM transmitter for listening to directions and Bluetooth phone calls through the stereo speakers, as well as playing MP3’s. | | |

Combined with detailed maps of UK and Ireland, the nüvi provides automatic routing, 2D or 3D map perspective, turn-by-turn voice directions, and finger-touchscreen control, making navigation easy. It accepts customized points of interest such as school zones and safety cameras, in avoidance of any unwanted speeding fines. Traffic updates are an optional extra via the TMC traffic receiver, after a simple press of a button, the Nuvi 670 calculates an updated traffic-free route to make life simpler. Prices for the Garmin Nuvi 670 start at around £450 and £350 for the Garmin Nuvi 370.
