Expect Bigger OLED TV's From Sony At CES2008
 | CES2008 is nearly upon us, we get ready to fly out. | | CES 2008 is Fast Approaching, and as usual we are sending along several of the Unbeatable.co.uk team to find out what’s going to be HOT in 2008. Here’s what we expect to see from this years CES.
At CES2007 we were amazed by Sony’s OLED screens unfortunately they were only 14 inches wide this year we expect OLED to get much bigger. Rumours are that Sony and Samsung will be both showcasing bigger OLED screens this year. As usual there will be 3D TV’s on most on the big 5 manufactures stands, and the all too familiar mines bigger than yours contest that never fails to amuse us.
CES wouldn’t be CES with out Blu-Ray and HD-DVD shouting about which one is winning the HD Format war. There will be several new players launched from both camps and I expect a couple of hybrid players from those clever companies who are sitting on the fence. I can assure you now that both Sony and Toshiba will be polishing up their Press conference speeches now, and in both cases picking and choosing which stats make there respective companies look best.
CES is not always about big brands. It’s also about smaller companies getting to show case some of their ground breaking products to the world’s media. This year we will have a dedicated team trawling the smaller expo stands looking for groundbreaking products to tell you about.
