It looks as though Blackberry 6 will be available in the third Quarter of 2010. RIM CEO Mike Lazaridis gave WES 2010 attendees a quick glance at the BlackBerry 6 operating system. With cleaner graphics, a Webkit browser and some new navigation features, the OS update will definitely satisfy those already pleased with what the BlackBerry has offered thus far.
The focus of the upgrade will all be based around the inclusion of the Webkit browser. Webkit is the same technology behind Apple's Safari browser on the iPhone OS. The Blackberry 6 will also boast multitouch within the browser and picture viewer. Also, one easy app through the Blackberry 6 will put you in touch with all your buddies online, via Google Talk, BlackBerry Messenger and AIM.
