Apple iPad may be Getting a Camera
With it's multi-functional use, the Apple iPad was the talk of the tech world last week. Critics discussed all that the iPad had to offer and of course what it lacked. The main shortcoming was the the tablet was created without a camera. Speculation has surfaced that Apple may fix this little problem and put an end to this complaint.
A service company that repairs Apple products wrote in its blog that its first shipment of iPad parts included metal internal frames with an embedded spot for a camera. They then realized that a camera taken from the Macbook is a perfect fit for the iPad frame. "The camera slips in the frame, the lens fits in the hole, the LED (light) that indicates that the camera is on, fits, and the ambient light sensor hole is also correct," the company explained Monday. "It appears that the plans to have camera in the iPad is a reality." While Apple doesn't comment on future product planning, we can speculate that the next iPad version will include a camera.
