So, what is the difference between the three ranges? Powershot-S Range Cameras in this range are highly specified, they generally have more mega pixels, they are the most expensive in the Canon ranges. Powershot-A Range These cameras are the average all-rounders, they have average specifications and offer an average amount of megapixels. Cameras in this range are the least expensive of all Canon cameras. Ixus Range This range is for the style conscious. Ixus cameras are the best looking out of all Canon’s offerings. They have the same amount of megapixels as the Powershot-A range but you’ll pay more as they look better.
