Siemens W/machine Shows Error : Chidlock Active, Has To Be Set. Also Shows Childlock Symbol And Volume Symbol On Display Screen.

I have followed manual instructions advise but no luck. On/off light appears to be flashing not sure if this is on pause mode. Also whilst trying to rectify the problem a second error appeared, the display showed Last error F:00 and later showed Demo mode. The machine E-NR no is WM145794GB/01. I would be grateful for any ideas please.
