Is There A Sat Nav Available In Uk With Full Street Level Mapping Of All Eastern Europe? Most Only Seem To Give 10% Coverage There.

When in romania I was very disappointed with the coverage of my Navigon with Navteq maps - even whole towns were unrecognised! The locals had full street level mapping - so it's obviously available!
