My Hewlett Packard M417 Photosmart Camera Has Malfunctioned...

Mario would like to know the answer to the following question, if you have a suggestion then please post a reply:
I put some new batteries in my Hewlett Packard M417 Photosmart camera, but it can only take pictures now and will not shut off. None of the other buttons work. Could something be wrong with the main circuit board? Is this a common problem with M417 models?
