Technika Mp3 From Tesco

Robin would like to know the answer to the following question, if you have a suggestion then please post a reply:
I purchased a 4Gb MP3 from Tesco, neither of my computers will see the unit, so I can't download ny music to it. I have tried downloading the drivers from Technika but it is still not working. I am using Vista on a laptop and XP on a desktop. Any ideas please?
